Quality Inn & Suites Springfield - Eugene North

I was hesitant to book here with the reviews, but I enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was amazing. Usually at other hotels once the food is out then that means it's done they don't really restock anything but these people did! I was able to get breakfast before they closed up and nothing was out. They had waffle makers, eggs, coffee, juice, water, milk, bagels, baked treats, yogurt, cereal, biscuits & gravy, and sausages. The rooms were in pretty good condition. Just wish in every hotel there would be mini toothpaste and/or mouth wash because I always forget mine lol.. but that's my own issue. The gentleman from front desk at 1am was very pleasant. I checked in so late and he was very welcoming. No attitude or anything negative from him or anyone at all. I would stay here again.

Perfect location especially if you are visiting someone at the hospital, very easy access. Also very close to many restaurants And shops. The hotel is absolutely wonderful, if you have a dog because they have Dog friendly rooms. Our room was on the first level by a back Door that led to a big field for the dog. Definitely stay there again.

This is by far the best bang for your buck in the Eugene/Springfield area. Very clean and well maintained property. The location is great, very safe and centrally located amongst great food. The desk staff are very polite and professional. Stephanie and Jay were extremely personable and welcoming, I enjoyed chatting with them while they set up our reservation. It's wonderful to encounter people who not only do their job well but seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Cheers to the Quality Inn! I'll definitely be staying here whenever I travel to Eugene.

The best hotel in Eugene City, Oregon. Tiffani as a receptionist is very welcoming & helpfull. The hotel is very good for disable person, have wheelchair accessible room and wheelchair accessible swimming pool with kind swimming pool attendances. The breakfast is great. Price is very good. We are so satisfied & this is VERY RECOMMENDED hotel

Staff was very friendly. We didn't have a shower curtain, I called and asked and they brought one right down. All the baseboards have mold. The rod to open the curtain just popped right off when I tried to push the curtain back haha The stay was quiet, with a small exception. They leave the front lobby doors open to airflow. This makes a wind tunnel. Anyone going out the side doors makes these doors slam so hard the room shook, over and over and over, anytime people went in or out. The value wasn't bad. The room was otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable.

I stayed here for a holiday work trip because it was near the event. Great value for 1 night in a central location. There was free continental breakfast. The queen bedroom room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Great deal for needing minimal accommodations.

It's definitely older, and the walls are thin, however the eco price for what you get is definitely worth it. Pretty standard Hotel breakfast, pool, and amenities but I paid like $75 for the night, and the place was very clean all around with a comfortable bed. That's about half of what you would find for the same in that area. Great value, I would surely stay again.

Hotel and staff are great. Only minor drawback is there are no restaurants, bars, or grocery stores very close. However, there is a great food truck within walking distance.
